Overview
The MT2000 offers even greater power and capacity than one of its predecessors, the Wagner MT-420. The MT2000 carries a full 20-tonne payload, yet has a tighter turning radius than a similar Wagner vehicle, the 18-tonne capacity MT-420. The clean burning, self-tuning Detroit Diesel Series 50 engine delivers 224 kW of power (300 hp) for impressive speed on grade. A loaded MT2000 can travel 12 kilometers per hour (7 mph) on a 10 percent grade and 26 kph (16 mph) on level ground. Its 42.5-degree turn angle allows it to operate and make a 90-degree turn in a 4.2-meter drift.
